The My Team page gives you a full view of your direct reports — their status, leave balances, and eligibility settings.

Team overview

Go to My Team in the sidebar. The Members tab shows a table of everyone who reports to you:
  • Name and status (Active, On Leave, Inactive)
  • Role and employment type
  • Assigned schedule
  • Quick links to view their profile or timesheets
Click the expand arrow on any row to see more detail: leave status, upcoming time off, and balance summary.

Checking leave balances

Click the Balances tab to see a quick summary of each team member’s current balances:
  • Flexi hours
  • TIL hours
  • Paid OT hours
  • RDO days
This is a read-only view. Admins can adjust balances from the Settings page.

Managing eligibility

The Eligibility tab has toggle switches for each team member:
SettingWhat it controls
FlexiCan accumulate and use Flexi time
TILEarns Time in Lieu instead of (or in addition to) OT pay
OvertimeOvertime is calculated and tracked for this person
RDOEarns Rostered Days Off from overtime accrual
Toggle these on or off based on each person’s award or contract.

Checking team availability

To see who’s available on a specific date or range:
  1. Click Check Availability at the top of the Members tab
  2. Select a date range
  3. The modal shows who is on leave and who is available during that period
This is useful when planning projects or assigning work.

Inviting a new team member

They’ll receive an invite link to set their password and join your team.
3

New members invited from My Team are assigned you as their manager.
You can also click Copy invite link to share the link directly instead of sending via email.
