Viewing calendar vs. timeline

Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch between:
  • Calendar view — month grid with colour-coded status badges per day
  • Timeline view — a horizontal bar chart of your hours per day

Understanding the stats

The three cards at the top show:
  • Total Worked — hours you’ve logged this month
  • Scheduled — hours you were expected to work (based on your assigned schedule)
  • Overtime — hours above your scheduled total
If you’re on a Flexible schedule, the Scheduled and Overtime cards won’t appear since there’s no fixed target.

Dealing with duplicate entries

If Shiftsheet detects that you may have duplicate entries for the same day, a warning panel appears at the top of the page. Review and delete any duplicates before submitting.
