You can add multiple time logs to a single day if you worked on different things. Click Add Time Log inside the entry panel.

- Check the boxes next to multiple draft entries in the calendar
- Click Submit Selected in the sticky action bar at the top
- Or click Submit All to submit every open draft at once

Withdrawing a submission
If you submitted too early and need to make changes:- Click the day in the calendar
- In the entry panel, click Withdraw
Viewing calendar vs. timeline
Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch between:- Calendar view — month grid with colour-coded status badges per day
- Timeline view — a horizontal bar chart of your hours per day
Understanding the stats
The three cards at the top show:- Total Worked — hours you’ve logged this month
- Scheduled — hours you were expected to work (based on your assigned schedule)
- Overtime — hours above your scheduled total
If you’re on a Flexible schedule, the Scheduled and Overtime cards won’t appear since there’s no fixed target.
