Changing a user’s role

  1. Find the user in the Users table
  2. Click the actions menu (three dots) on their row
  3. Select Change Role
  4. Pick the new role and confirm
Promoting someone to Company Admin gives them full access to all company data, settings, and users.

Reassigning a manager

  1. Find the user in the Users table
  2. Click Reassign Manager
  3. Select the new manager from the list
The user’s future timesheet submissions and leave requests will go to the new manager.

Managing eligibility

Go to the Management tab on the Users page. You’ll see toggle switches for each employee:
ToggleEffect
ActiveWhether the account is active. Inactive users can’t log in.
FlexiAllows this employee to accumulate and use Flexi time
TILEnables Time in Lieu tracking
OvertimeTracks and calculates overtime for this person
RDOEnables Rostered Day Off accrual

Setting billing rates

Go to the Rates tab. For each employee you can set:
  • Rate Type — Hourly, Fixed Weekly, Fixed Fortnightly, or Fixed Monthly
  • Cost Rate — what this employee costs the business per unit
  • Billable Rate — what you charge a client for this employee’s time
Rates set at the project or task level take priority over user-level rates. User rates are the fallback when no project-specific rate is configured.

Viewing a user’s timesheets

Click the View Timesheets action on any user row to see their full timesheet history — including all statuses, hours, and entries.

Deactivating a user

  1. Go to the Management tab
  2. Toggle the Active switch off for that user
Deactivated users cannot log in, but their historical data (timesheets, leave records, approvals) is fully preserved.
