Your Schedule shows the working hours your company has assigned to you. It determines how many hours you’re expected to log each day.

Viewing your schedule

Go to Schedule in the sidebar. You’ll see:
  • Schedule name and type (Fixed or Rotating)
  • Weekly pattern — the hours expected for each day of the week
  • Total weekly hours — your full-week target

Schedule types

Fixed Schedule

The same hours every week. For example: Mon–Fri, 8 hours each day.

Rotating / Fortnightly

Hours vary across a cycle. Common in shift-based work (e.g., Week A = 38h, Week B = 36h).

Flexible schedule

If you don’t have an assigned schedule, you’re on a Flexible arrangement. This means:
  • No expected hours target
  • No overtime or undertime calculated
  • You log whatever hours you work

How your schedule affects timesheets

Your schedule is used on the Timesheets page to show:
  • Scheduled hours — what you were expected to work
  • Overtime — hours worked above your scheduled target
  • Rule violation warnings (e.g., exceeding a maximum number of consecutive days)
If a day is a public holiday on your assigned holiday calendar, it may show zero expected hours automatically.

Can I change my schedule?

No — schedules are assigned by your manager or company admin. If your schedule is wrong or needs updating, contact them directly.
