The Leaves page shows all your leave balances and lets you submit new leave requests.

Checking your balances

At the top of the Leaves page, you’ll see a card for each leave type your company uses. Common types include:
Leave TypeHow it’s tracked
Annual LeaveDays — allocated by your admin
Sick LeaveDays — allocated by your admin
RDO (Rostered Day Off)Days — earned from overtime
Flexi TimeHours — accumulated from undertime vs. schedule
TIL (Time in Lieu)Hours — earned as alternative to OT pay
Each card shows your total balance, used, and remaining.

Requesting leave

Click Request Leave

Click the Request Leave button at the top right of the Leaves page.

Select leave type

Choose the type of leave you’re requesting (Annual, Sick, RDO, etc.).

Set the dates

Pick your start and end date. The system calculates the number of working days automatically.

Add a reason (optional)

Some leave types may ask for a short reason. This is visible to your manager.

Submit

Click Submit Request. Your manager will be notified to review it.

Tracking your requests

Your Leaves page has four sections:
  • Draft — requests you’ve saved but not yet sent
  • Pending Approval — awaiting your manager’s decision; you can cancel these
  • Upcoming — approved future leave; shows a countdown
  • History — all past requests with their outcome

Cancelling a pending request

If your plans change before your manager has approved:
  1. Find the request under Pending Approval
  2. Click Cancel
Once a leave request is approved, contact your manager directly to have it reversed.

Common questions

Leave balances are set by your company admin. Contact them if you think there’s an error.
You’ll receive a notification with the rejection reason. You can submit a new request for different dates.
This depends on your company’s settings. If your admin has enabled partial day leave, you’ll see a half-day option in the request form.
