    Yes. Shiftsheet automatically tracks RDO accruals based on overtime hours worked. Admins configure the accrual multiplier and threshold, and employees can take RDOs as leave through the Leaves page. Balances update in real time as timesheets are approved.

  <Accordion title="Does Shiftsheet support Time in Lieu (TIL)?">
    Yes. Shiftsheet tracks TIL as an alternative to overtime pay. When employees work beyond their scheduled hours, those hours can accrue as TIL based on your company's policy. Employees can then request TIL leave through the Leaves page.

    Yes. Employees on flexible schedules accumulate positive or negative Flexi balances based on the difference between hours worked and hours scheduled. Managers and admins can see Flexi balances in real time and employees can request Flexi leave.
