# Your Profile

> How to update your personal details, upload a photo, and change your password.

Your **Profile** page holds your personal information, photos, and account security settings.

Access it by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner → **Profile**.

## Updating your details

Click the **Edit** button on the profile card to update:

* First and last name
* Position / job title

  Your email address and role cannot be changed here. Contact your company admin for those changes.

## Uploading a profile photo

1. Hover over the avatar circle at the top of the profile page
2. Click the camera icon that appears
3. Select an image file from your device
4. It uploads and updates immediately

To remove your photo, hover over it and click the trash icon.

## Uploading a cover image

You can also set a header background image (similar to a LinkedIn cover photo):

1. Hover over the top cover area
2. Click the camera icon
3. Select an image

## Changing your password

Scroll to the **Change Password** section at the bottom of the profile page.

    A prompt will appear asking you to request a verification code.

  <Step title="Enter the OTP">
    A one-time code is sent to your email. Enter it to confirm your identity.

  <Step title="Set your new password">
    Enter and confirm your new password, then save.

## What you can see on your profile

The profile page also shows a read-only summary of your account:

* **Role** — Employee, Manager, or Company Admin
* **Employment type** — Full-time, Part-time, Casual, or Contractor
* **Company** — your company name
* **Manager** — who your timesheets and leave go to
* **Schedule** — your assigned work schedule
* **Leave eligibility** — which leave types you're enabled for (RDO, Flexi, TIL)
